Return & Refund Policy
At House of Vedique, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please read our return, refund, and replacement guidelines carefully.
1. Return Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by:

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return pick-up within 2–4 working days.
A) Return Conditions:
● Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
● No returns will be accepted for size, color, or quality preferences.
● A product unboxing video is mandatory to verify your claim.
● Products must be returned in their original condition with tags, labels, and seals intact.
● Altered or used products will not be accepted.
● Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
B) Return Window: Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Refund Policy
● Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
● Refunds are issued via the original payment method:
○ Credit Card / Net Banking → Refund credited to the same account.
○ Cheque Payment → Refund via cheque sent to billing address.
○ COD Orders → Refund processed after confirmation from the customer (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Refund Credit Timeline: Refunds are typically credited to the original payment method within 8–10 working days from the date we receive the returned item in its original condition.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by banks in reflecting the refund in your account.
3. Repair or Replacement Policy
● Damaged or defective products may be repaired or replaced based on availability.
● Replacement requests must also be supported with an unboxing video.
● Replacement Delivery Timeline: If approved, replacement products will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product.
● Replacement is subject to stock availability.
