■       International Delivery: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)

●       Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, or weather conditions.

●       Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.

●       Customer Responsibility:
 Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details submitted by the customer.

4.  International Shipping

●       We currently ship to selected international destinations.

●       Costs and delivery timelines vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

●       Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, or import taxes.

 

5.  Cancellation Policy

●       Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team at support@houseofvedique.com.

●       If your cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method.

●       Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

 

  1. Exceptions:
               

●       Custom or personalized items (including custom sculptures and models) are non-cancellable once production has started.
